Review: Trump Soho’s Bar d’Eau

Though Summer doesn’t officially begin until mid June, most consider memorial day weekend as the officially unofficial start of the summer party season. Weather permitting this weekend is usually filled with garden parties, barbeques and for us city dwellers rooftop soirees. Bar d’Eau is one of many venues opening up to the public this week. Review: Contorno’s Restaurant Opens in NYC

Contorno’s Restaurant has finally arrived in New York City and a few days ago we attended the grand opening at their new space, located at 30 West 31st Street inside the new boutique Holiday Inn Express. With the lights turned down low and the music playing, invited guests enjoyed wine tastings as well as a selection of small plate passed hors d’oeuvres from the menu developed by executive chef David Buico.
