When I attended the Steppin Laser’s show in Atlantic City, I didn’t know what to expect from B.o.B. Based on what I had heard from mixtapes, I had made the assumption that it would be a typical hip hop show which includes a DJ and a hype man and possibly an irrelevant crew. It is nice to see an artist step on the stage fully clothed up to her neck and who sings so beautifully that you, the audience, are inspired by her talents and not distracted by stage antics. That artist is Janelle Monáe.
