Preston Bailey “Celebration” Book Launch Party

Preston Bailey is the event extraordinaire to the stars and he hosted his 4th book titled “Celebrations” launch in New York City at the Amory. He has coordinated and planned events for Oprah and many others in the past but this evening was a celebration for his success throughout his career. The book is based on his experiences around the world and through his travels. The Amory was tastefully decorated by Mr. Bailey from head to toe. Leblon specialty Caipirinhas cocktails that have a fruity and smooth taste were severed to guest along with amazing pastries and cupcakes thanks to Oliver Cheng. He also pulled out all the stocks and had pastel colored silver roses around the venue. The golden globes may be over but he added his own touch of light to these amazing globe sculptures that surrounded the guest throughout the night. In the center of the Amory was a runway which had amazing lighting! The whole room was glowing especially when guests were treated to a surprise performances from legendary divas Gloria Gaynor and Martha Walsh!! Some of the guest that came to show their support were Joan Rivers, Simon Doonan, Sister 2 Sister Magazine’s EIC Jamie Foster Brown and Katie Lee Joel and Epperson from Project Runway. The runway had a live band that performed jazz the entire evening to keep ever one warm and cozy. We can’t wait to see what he has in stores next!
