Fox Searchlight Pictures held a star studded movie premiere for the film Our Family Wedding in New York City and our photographer Christian Fernandez was there to capture the celebrity arrivals. The comedy stars Forest Whitaker, America Ferrera, Lance Gross, Regina King, Carlos Mencia, Anjelah Johnson, Charlie Murphy, and Lupe Ontiveros. One of our favorite brands, PUMA launched Italy's 2010 uniform with a fun event held at posh eatery Trattoria Cinque (which JSD highly recommends) in NYC. The new kits are part of PUMA’s PowerCat 1.10 collection, including the statement football boot the PowerCat 1.10. Staying true to tradition, the colors of the home kit is Italy’s classic azzurro blue with white details. The away kit is the traditional white with blue and gold details. The home shirt features a unique body fit and ‘battle skin’ graphic, designed specifically for Italy and their quest for a fifth World Cup title. ...
Beauty Cares Celebration To Break The Cycle of Domestic Violence Event
Beauty Cares is a nonprofit organization which provides support and empowerment to domestic violence victims. Over the past two years, the organization has hosted it's Breakthrough Experience event. This extravagant event provides victims with top notch makeover services, massages, and life coaching to women living at a safe house. Former Model, Aryn Quinn saw her mother suffer the devastating effects of domestic violence, which later lead to the former model starting Beauty Cares.
MBFW | The ARISE African Collective Fashion Show: Part III
The ARISE African Collective Fashion show encompassed great cultural passion for Africa. Designers from, Tanzania, South Africa, and Nigeria created a glimpse of their own Africa, through brilliant collections. Each showcasing indigenous fabric, inspiration and of course models; truly made this show quite spectacular. Colors, shapes, and individual aesthetic separated the series of collections, into three themes, First Light, Noon and Midnight. The production resembled a stone pathway leading to the stars, ultimately expressing the naturalistic grandeur; that is Africa!

It was here that Leifsdottir presented “The Catalonia Affair” a collection of flirty perfection for Fall 2010/11.
